GBJ will keep customers’ personal information accurate and up-to-date, and will take necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, damage, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information, such as maintaining a security system, establishing a management system, and providing thorough training to employees who handle information, and will implement safety measures and strictly manage personal information.

The personal information entrusted to us by our members will be used to send emails and materials to contact you, provide information about our business, and respond to your questions.

GBJ will properly manage the personal information entrusted to us by our members and will not disclose such information to third parties except in the following cases:

・When there is consent from the member ・When disclosing to a contractor outsourced by GBJ in order to provide the services requested by members ・When disclosure is required by law ・When you apply for a seminar held by GBJ (your registered personal information and survey information will be provided to the seminar speaker)
